Everyday consumers are bombarded with options to diet and eat healthier and yet there is still a struggle to maintain a healthy diet. The problem isn't a lack of healthy options it's the abundance of products tempting consumers to stray from eating healthy. Kashi has alternatives that are just as quick, easy, and satisfying but they needed an effective way to inform consumers and drive them to make the healthier choice.
With this campaign we wanted to try a new approach to eating healthy. We created an information package with the idea "To eat healthy, is to shop healthy".
We stepped back and got to the core of the problem; where it all starts, at the grocery store. This is where the consumer makes the purchasing decisions that stock their cabinets and decide whether their diet will succeed or fail.
The folder is designed to resemble a grocery bag, inside are inserts that contain nutritional facts about there 7 whole grains and quality fruits Kashi has to offer. We also created a catalog to provide consumers with a complete list of products that are available. To get them excited about Kashi and drive them into the stores we designed coupons to motivate them to purchase and try their products.
