Pittsburgh agency requested an out-of-the-box illustration. The project needed to be on odd animal in a dentist office. The T-Rex dinosaur was the perfect "odd animal", because of his large mouth and sharp teeth. This was great imagery for children to show them that even the largest and strongest need to visit the dentist.
